Stamford's Public Housing is a mixture of both federal and state subsidy programs with a total of 1092 residence units.  Each program has it's own set of guidelines and regulations.  You can use the form at the bottom of the page for each development to request more information or to have someone contact you regarding any of the Public Housing Programs.

 

WESTSIDE DEVELOPMENTS

The Westside developments consist of eight developments. There are two state moderate sites and six federally subsidized sites with a total of 795 units. The Management office consists of the Property Manager, two Management Aides, and one Work Order clerk. The Maintenance staff consists of seven employees who service all developments as needed.

EASTSIDE DEVELOPMENTS

The Eastside developments consist of eight developments. There are two state moderate sites and six federally subsidized sites with a total of 795 units.
