CHFA Program Information

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is a leader in housing finance in Connecticut. Over the past 36 years, CHFA has helped more than 104,000 families and individuals purchase their first home and has provided financing for the construction and/or rehabilitation of more than 27,500 units of affordable rental housing for families and the elderly.

Rippowam Manor Rippowam Manor: Rippowam Manor is a CHFA funded, moderate-rent housing complex consisting of a nine-story building and 81 units. It is located on the North Side along the Rippowam River. The Rippowam Manor complex houses elderly/disabled households.

Glenbrook Manor Glenbrook Manor: Glenbrook Manor is a CHFA funded housing complex consisting of a four-story building plus a basement and 44 units. It is located near Main Street on the East Side. The Glenbrook Manor complex houses elderly/disabled households.
